Vendor Warning: On March 2, 2026, we were issued a $1,300 check that was returned for insufficient funds. Despite repeated requests and ample opportunity to resolve this, the balance remains unpaid. The materials we supplied were delivered, accepted, and used without issue. We have not been compensated. Due to the lack of resolution, a police report has been filed and the matter is now being pursued through legal channels. We strongly advise customers and vendors to use caution, verify payment methods, and limit credit exposure when doing business. If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will continue to escalate through all available legal remedies.

Just had an awesome experience with Nebraska Muffler and Auto Repair. The owner is the real deal—straightforward, skilled, and truly cares about helping people. He’s taking care of my wife’s brakes and rotors, and I trust him 100% with our cars. What really stood out to me is how much pride he takes in his work and how fair he is with pricing. I had a terrible experience with this muffler shop. I initially bought a muffler from them and paid for both the part and labor. The owner assured me that if I changed my mind and wanted to put my original muffler back on, he would do it for free, which means no labor charge. When I decided to take him up on that offer and returned to the shop, he completely backtracked on his promise. Not only did he refuse to reinstall the original muffler for free, but he also tried to charge me again for labor ($150)! This is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Terrible customer service and shady business practices!

I came in for a muffler delete and changing exhaust tips and it looks amazing. You can tell Eric and Hector love cars and what they do. They made sure I liked the way it looked a fit before solidifying each part. They left my exhaust looking phenomenal.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. when I first showed up I was welcomed by Sam and his fries (he gave me his fries) lol. I told him I wanted my car to puurr, I wanted a nice low deep exhaust sound. I told him I NEEDED to stay with budget. His worker installed a whole new exhaust system for me and at first I only chose one muffler tip then I looked at it and it def needed 2 muffler tips to make it look nicer, he went in the shop and got the other muffler tip for me. Knowing I needed to stay in budget, He kept his word and only charged me my budget even though I asked for extra things in the middle of it. He is very sweet and all of his workers were super nice. I was sooo happy with the outcome and I absolutely love the look and sound of my car now :) Thank you so much again Sam and everyone :)))
